This project was delivered for Solocal, a company specializing in advertising, communication, and digital marketing, in response to a business initiative to position themselves in the market for platforms facilitating connections between moving professionals and users in search.

We worked on the following areas before proposing the best digital experience and meeting the client's brief:

1. Market Research and Benchmarking: The French moving market is constantly evolving, with a growing demand for reliable and efficient moving services. An in-depth analysis of the market revealed a need for a platform that facilitates connections between users seeking to move and companies specialized in this field. Benchmarking identified the strengths and weaknesses of existing similar platforms, providing valuable insights for our own development.

2. Customer Interviews: In-depth interviews with potential users were conducted to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points when it comes to moving. These insights were crucial in guiding the platform's design and ensuring an optimal user experience.

3. User Persona Definition: Based on interviews and market data, a detailed user persona was developed. Our typical user is an individual or family looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and affordable moving solution.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Definition: Key performance indicators were defined to measure the platform's success, including the conversion rate of BtoC users into quote requests, the number of active users, the number of consultations conducted, different click-through rates at each stage of the journey, cost per acquisition, and user and BtoB professional satisfaction (NPS).
